YIELD: 18 LEMON BARS
COOKING TEMP: 325F PORTION: CUT 1 1/2" x 3"
COOKING TIME: 25 MIN COOKING PAN: BAKING PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Flour : 2 1/4 cp 1. Combine flour, powdered sugar and
| Sugar powdered : 1 cp melted margarine.
| Margarine : 1 1/8 cp 2. Mix until well blended. Pat into
| Eggs : 5 pan that has been sprayed with
| Sugar : 2 1/4 cp non-stick spray. Bake at 375 for 10
| Lemon juice : 3/4 cp min.
| Flour : 1/4 cp 3. Blend all remaining ingredients,
| Baking powder : 1 ts except powdered sugar, together in
| Sugar powdered : 1/2 cp mixing bowl and pour over crust.
|. Bake at 325F for 20-30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with
powdered sugar immediately.
5. Cool. Resprinkle with powdered
sugar. Cut to serve.
